Our large 2-Bedroom Family Units have 2 separate bedrooms and feature a double bed and single beds. These units can accommodate between 4 and 5 guests.
With a spacious 45m2 floor area these units feature Sky TV (5 channels), free WiFi, heatpump and dining table/chairs in large lounge. Has separate kitchen with a full size stove, microwave, fridge and all cooking, tea and coffee-making facilities.

"The Cottage"
The Cottage is a 65m2, 2-bedroom stand-alone unit which has all the features of home, including a 42 inch flatscreen television, Sky TV (5 channels), free WiFi, a fully equipped separate kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, electric frying pan and all crockery/cooking utensils provided.
Features a separate bathroom/toilet (bath and shower) and also a washing machine in the laundry area.
In the main bedroom there is a queen-size bed. The second bedroom has 2 single beds.
You have your own barbecue, and loads of parking for the trailer, the boat or caravan.

Privacy Policies
Payment in full when booked (agent sites) or to be paid on arrival. Credit card details are kept on file. The credit card (in your absence) may be used for missing/damaged items or extra cleaning charges if units are left in a manner considered beyond reasonable wear and tear. Missing keys incur extra charges.

Motel reserves the right to request a refundable bond prior to check-in.
All transactions are billed in New Zealand dollars.
Peak season rates apply December to March - Public Holidays.
Cancellation Policy
Cancelation is free of charge if advised 48 hrs or more prior to arrival.
A cancellation fee of $40.00 plus 1 night cost applies to all bookings cancelled in less than 48 hrs.
Cancellation of group bookings within 6 weeks of arrival will incur a loss of all deposits on all rooms or sites booked.
Child Policy
Infants 0-1 year old stay free. If you require extra bedding for infants please enquire at time of booking. Cots and highchairs are also available upon request.
Check-in/Check-out Policy
Check-in time is 2.00pm.
Check-out time is 10.00am.
Office hours are 8.00-10.00 and 14.00-18.00.
Guests understand that they must return the key after use.
Room Damages
No smoking or cooking odours food in rooms at all. Instant $350 penalty to apply for room smell damage.
